Suspect Sought in Robbery of 1st Bank of Yuma


The FBI and the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the individual pictured below.

The unknown male conducted a take-over style robbery on April 25, 2012 at approximately 2:36 p.m. at the 1st Bank of Yuma located at 11600 S. Fortuna Road.

During the robbery, he took money from two teller stations. Upon departure, he entered the passenger side of the below vehicle and was last seen heading south on Fortuna Road. The vehicle is described possibly as a 1997 or 1998 Ford F-150, white, extended cab, 4x4 with bubbling tint on the back window. The subject is described as male, 5’8”-5’10” tall, 170-190 lbs., average build, and carrying a black, semi-automatic handgun.

There is a reward offering up to $1,000 for information leading to the identification and conviction of the subject.
