and El Cajon Police Department Seek Public’s Assistance in Identifying Robber
The FBI and El Cajon Police Department
are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the unknown man responsible for
robbing the U.S. Bank branch located at 490 Fletcher Parkway in El Cajon,
California on Friday, April 13, 2012.
On Friday, April 13, 2012, at
approximately 1:55 p.m., the U.S. Bank branch located at 490 Fletcher Parkway
in El Cajon, California was robbed by an unknown man using a demand note. The
robber also made a verbal demand and threatened to commit acts of violence
inside of the bank if he was not provided money. The robber received a sum of
money and walked out of the bank. Witnesses describe the robber as follows:
■Sex: Male
■Race: White
■Age: Late 30s to early 40s
■Height: Approximately 6’1” to 6’2” tall
■Build: Thin/average
■Eye color: Unknown
■Hair/coloring: Black hair with some
gray mustache and beard
■Clothing: Light blue bandana wrapped
around head, black leather motorcycle jacket, black jeans, black shoes, and a
wallet chain on right hip
