Robbery of TCF Bank Branch in Robbinsdale

On April 16, 2012, at approximately 6:20 p.m., a bank robbery occurred at the TCF Bank branch located at 4165 W. Broadway Avenue in Robbinsdale, Minnesota. A lone male entered the bank and waited in line to approach the teller counter. Once at the teller counter, the robber displayed a demand note. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber fled from the bank.

The robber was described as a black male who stood approximately 6’0” in height and weighed approximately 170 lbs. He was wearing a dark cap with an “M” on the front, a black Nike hooded sweatshirt, and blue jeans. The robber appeared to be unshaven.
