At approximately 2:40 p.m., the woman entered the bank and slid a note to the teller. The note demanded money and threatened the teller. The teller gave the woman some cash, but then the robber asked for more money. The teller told her she gave her all the money. The female bank robber then fled the bank. No one was physically hurt during the robbery.
The bank robber is described as a black female, mid-30s, 5’7” tall, 215-220 pounds, with a heavy build, dark complexion, and a black curly weave in her hair. She wore a tan wool hat, tan turtleneck sweater, black windbreaker, and blue jeans.
The woman is believed to be responsible for at least two other area bank robberies—the robbery of the Compass Bank, address 10635 Louetta in Houston, Texas, on 11/22/2011, and the robbery of the Capital One Bank, address 10951 Jones Road in Houston, Texas, on 11/19, 2011.
