The FBI announces the arrest of David Reinaldo Alvarez, 24,
of Hialeah, Florida, on federal bank robbery charges for his alleged
involvement in the robbery of a Regions Bank branch at 600 East 9th Street,
Hialeah, Florida, on November 14, 2018.
Alvarez was arrested yesterday, November 14, 2018, afternoon
without incident by the Hialeah Police Department.
Alvarez is in federal custody. His initial appearance is
anticipated to be in federal court in Miami, Florida. The complaint detailing
the charges can be found in PACER in due course.
The Hialeah Police Department, the South Florida Violent
Crime Fugitive Task Force, and the FBI continue their investigation.
