Searching for Man Who Robbed Home Federal Bank Branch in Pigeon Forge


The Knoxville Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Chief Jack Baldwin of the Pigeon Forge Police Department (PFPD) are asking for the public’s assistance to identify the man who robbed a Pigeon Forge bank today.

At approximately 11:14 a.m. today, a man entered the Home Federal Bank located at 3671 Parkway in Pigeon Forge and passed a note to a teller demanding money. Witnesses described the suspect as a white male with brown hair, late 20s to mid 30s with a goatee, between 6’ to 6’2” tall, and approximately 240 to 260 pounds. Suspect was wearing a faded-blue baseball cap, khaki shorts, a short-sleeve, blue polo-style shirt with a white t-shirt underneath, and tennis shoes. After obtaining an undetermined amount of money, the suspect left the scene on foot.

A reward is being offered for information which leads to the arrest of this individual. Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 865-544-0751 or the PFPD at 865-453-9063. This matter is being investigated jointly by the FBI Safe Streets Task Force (which consists of personel from the FBI, KPD, and KCSO) and the Pigeon Forge Police Department.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
