OKLAHOMA CITY—COREY J. CONRADY, 29, of Enid, Oklahoma, pled guilty today to theft of government property, announced Sanford C. Coats, United States Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma. Specifically, Conrady admitted to stealing a 1993 Humvee from the Oklahoma National Guard Armory, in Enid, in the fall of 2010. Conrady was indicted by a federal grand jury on June 7, 2011. At sentencing, he faces up to ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine. A sentencing hearing will be set by the court in approximately 90 days.
This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Medford Police Department, and the United States Army Criminal Investigations Division. This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Andre’ B. Caldwell.
