FBI and San Diego Sheriff’s Department Seek Public’s Assistance to Identify the Individuals Responsible for Robbing a San Marcos Bank

May 3, 2010 - The FBI and San Diego Sheriff’s Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the unknown males responsible for robbing a Mission Federal Credit Union yesterday.

On Thursday, April 29, 2010, at approximately 12:05 p.m., two black males entered the Mission Federal Credit Union, located at 117 S. Las Posas Road, in San Marcos, California. The men simultaneously approached the only two tellers on duty. Both tellers thought the suspects were security guards based on their clothing. One of the robbers was even wearing a jacket that appeared to have security guard patches on the sleeves.
