Discovery of Major Drug Smuggling Tunnel south of Yuma to be Announced

First known completed and fully operational tunnel ever uncovered in area

Yuma, AZ – Authorities will announce the discovery of a major cross-border drug tunnel linking a commercial building in San Luis, AZ in a Press Conference tomorrow.  The 240-yard passageway was equipped with lighting and ventilation. The investigation included arrests and drug seizures.
