Philadelphia Man Charged with Bank Robbery


Casey Cunningham, 42, of Philadelphia, was charged today by Indictment with three counts of bank robbery, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.

If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 60 years’ imprisonment, three years’ supervised release, a $300 special assessment, and a $750,000 fine.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Christopher Diviny.

An indictment or information is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
