Welker, FBI New Orleans, announces the arrest earlier today of Gregory Stewart, age 19, of New Orleans, Louisiana, on federal charges related to heroin distribution as well as a State of Louisiana charge for murder.

Stewart was arrested without incident by FBI agents at a motel in Clayton County, Georgia, just south of Atlanta. Stewart made his initial appearance before a U.S. Magistrate Judge in Atlanta and now awaits extradition proceedings back to New Orleans.
