U.S. Marshals Service Requests Assistance of the Public to Locate Fugitive Aguilar Valentin



Martinsburg, WV - The United States Marshals Service, Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, is requesting the assistance of the public in locating fugitive Aguilar Valentin, also known as Valentin Aguilar. Aguilar Valentin is wanted on federal charges of distribution of cocaine.

Aguilar Valentin a native of Mexico had previously been deported and reentered the United States. In November of 2013 Aguilar Valetin and Jesus Demas Valencia were indicted by a federal grand jury on conspiracy to distribute cocaine and distribution of cocaine charges. At the time bot Aguilar Valentin and Jesus Demas Valencia were living in Herranda Trailer park. Aguilar Valentin was residing at 65 Herranda Court located in Inwood, West Virginia. Both subjects fled the area after learning they were wanted.

On August 13, 2015 members of the U.S. Marshals Service task force located and arrested Jesus Valencia on Roberts Street in Winchester Virginia. Valencia was convicted on his charges and sentenced to prison. Aguilar Valentin remained at large.

After leaving West Virginia it is believed Valentin relocated to the 200 block of E. 6th Street in Frederick Maryland living under the name of Valentin Aguilar before disappearing.

Aguilar Valentin has been known to work in Orchards or other farming sites in the West Virginia and Maryland area. Aguilar Valentin may still have family members in the Berkeley County West Virginia area working for area orchards or farms.
