New Mexico’s Most Wanted Adds New Violent Offender



Albuquerque, NM - The U.S. Marshals Service in New Mexico added Eugene Padilla to the United States Marshals Service District of New Mexico “New Mexico’s Most Wanted Program.” Padilla is wanted by the Bernalillo Count Sheriff’s Department for Failure to Appear on a Grand Jury Indictment for Attempt to commit 1st Degree Murder, Attempt to Commit a Felony, Trafficking by Distribution, Abuse of a Child, Shooting at a Occupied Dwelling, Criminal Damage to Property, and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

Padilla has prior convictions for Robberies, and Assaults. Padilla has been a fugitive from justice since September of 2016. Padilla is believed to be armed and dangerous and in the area of Albuquerque, NM.
