National Institute of Justice Releases Video on Sexual Assault Kit Processing

NIJ has released a new video that focuses on effective tactics for making progress on processing untested sexual assault kits. In one Nevada jurisdiction, a Sexual Assault Kit Backlog Working Group has discovered the importance of collaborating across disciplines to share knowledge and resources, as well as the importance of using victim-centered approaches in responding to sexual assault.
