Community Policing in Action Photo Contest Runs Through November 4

The Office of Community Oriented Policing Services Office (COPS Office) has announced its third annual "Community Policing in Action" photo contest, which provides law enforcement agencies with the opportunity to share photos of positive interaction with the communities they serve. Winning photos may be featured on the COPS Office website, Twitter and Facebook headers for one month during the 2017 calendar year, as well as being featured in the e-newsletter Community Policing Dispatch or in a COPS Office press release. Agencies may submit one photo, accompanied by a completed and signed permission and release form, as well as completed notice and consent forms for all individuals pictured.

Visit http://www.cops.usdoj.gov/photocontest for more information, and submit your photo by 8 p.m. on Friday, November 4, by emailing tellcops@usdoj.gov.
