Bureau of Justice Statistics Updates Corrections Statistical Analysis Tools

BJS has made data for 2015 and the years between 2000 and 2004 available on the CSAT probation and parole data analysis tools. You can access national, federal and state-level data on probation and parole populations for selected years, including:

• Sex, race and Hispanic origin.
• Most serious offense.
• Status of supervision.
• Entries to and exits from probation and parole.

Data come from the Annual Probation Survey and Annual Parole Survey. You can access the data at https://www.bjs.gov/probation/ and https://www.bjs.gov/parole.
