Plano, TX - The U.S. Marshals are seeking the public’s
assistance in locating a missing 11-year old boy, William Spencer. Spencer was
allegedly abducted by his mother, Susan O’Connor, in May 2009 and is believed
to possibly be in the Jupiter, Florida area.
In 2009, after being notified that custody of Spencer was
going to be awarded to the child’s father, O’Connor allegedly disappeared with
boy who was 4-years old at the time. O’Connor is currently wanted on a felony
charge of interference with child custody out of Collin County, Texas.
Spencer has been featured as a missing child by several
national databases including the National Center for Missing and Exploited
Children. It is possible that O’Connor may have taken steps to change the
physical appearance of herself and Spencer.
Do not attempt to apprehend or approach O’Connor. Anyone
with information is encouraged to contact the U.S.Marshals Service by calling
the National Communications Center at 1-800-336-0102 or the U.S. Marshals
Service West Palm Beach Office at (561) 651-1827. Callers can remain anonymous.
A cash award is being offered for information directly leading to the
apprehension of O’Connor and the recovery of William Spencer.
