App Helps Congregations Assess Their Risks and Plan Accordingly

In an interview with WHYY's NewsWorks Tonight, Julia Menzo of Lutheran Disaster Response in Eastern Pennsylvania discusses the National Institute of Justice's Safeguarding Houses of Worship App, which helps congregations assess their security risks and plan accordingly. Menzo was among safety and houses of worship panel participants who helped develop the app, which was coordinated through NIJ's Justice Technology Information Center.
