As a result of this investigation, a total of 32 individuals have been charged. Seventeen individuals have been charged on federal conspiracy and drug distribution charges, and 15 individuals have been charged with state drug charges. In addition, two search warrants were executed today at the residence of Kyle HICKS, 110 Raspberry Lane , Marstons Mills, and at the residence of Abalberto GRACIANI, 950 Santuit-Newtown Road , 1st floor, Marstons Mills.
According to an affidavit filed in federal court, in approximately March 2008, law enforcement agents began investigating members of a large, entrenched drug trafficking organization, members of which distributed heroin and cocaine on Cape Cod . During the course of the investigation, agents obtained court authorization to intercept wire communications to and from seven cellular telephones used by alleged members of the organization. According to the affidavit, based upon evidence obtained during hundreds of intercepted calls, agents determined that Russell ROSE, Kelvin FRYE, Adalberto GRACIANI, and Kyle HICKS were the leaders of the organization, that they had various suppliers for cocaine and heroin, and that they directed others to distribute the drugs for them. According to the affidavit, agents seized two kilograms of cocaine and more than 300 grams of heroin during the investigation.
FRYE a/k/a "Kelvin Andrews," a/k/a "Brian Wright," a/k/a "Cool Kel," a/k/a "Cool Cal," 28, of East Wareham; and ROSE, a/k/a "Double R," a/k/a Baby Russell, 30, of Randolph, have previously been indicted on federal conspiracy to distribute cocaine charges, in connection with their participation in this conspiracy and are in federal custody awaiting trial. Each faces up to 40 years in federal prison if convicted.
The following 11 alleged members of the organization were arrested today and charged with participating in a conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribution of cocaine and heroin, from August 2008 until November 2010. If convicted, each faces up to 40 years in federal prison:

2) Bonnie BEARSE, 48, of East Falmouth
3) Thomas GILSON,48, of Hyannis
4) Adalberto GRACIANI, a/k/a "Berto," 38, of Marston Mills
5) Delrico GRAHAM, a/k/a "Rico," 51, of Mashpee
6) Kyle HICKS, a/k/a "Sleepy," a/k/a "Sleep," 29, of Marston Mills
7) Richard JACKSON, a/k/a "Rick," 53, of Mashpee
8) Jonathan MCGEE-BAKER, a/k/a "Black," 23, of East Falmouth
9) Stefan PINA, a/k/a "Stephen," a/k/a "Milk," 41, of Mashpee
10) Gregory SLAYTON, 55, of Mashpee
11) Jeremy WOBECKY, 37, of Falmouth
Anthony VAUGHN a/k/a "Tony," a/k/a "TV," a/k/a "Little Tony," 32, was also charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribution of cocaine and heroin and faces up to 40 years in federal prison if convicted. Vaughn is currently incarcerated in Pollock, Louisiana , as a result of a prior federal drug trafficking conviction.
Omay FORD a/k/a "Papa Doc," 41 of Boston and Michael ANDREWS, 23, of East Falmouth were also previously indicted in connection with their participation in this conspiracy. They are in federal custody awaiting trial. If convicted, Ford and Andrews each face up to 40 years in federal prison.
In addition, Wilberto ALVAREDO of East Falmouth , was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute and distribution of cocaine. If convicted, Alvaredo faces up to 20 years in federal prison.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substance Act and each face up to 10 years in state prison. They will be prosecuted by the Cape & Islands District Attorney's Office:

Riello of the Falmouth Police Department; Chief Rodney Collins of the Mashpee Police Department; Chief Dennis R. Woodside of the Bourne Police Department; Chief Brian E. Steward of the Scituate Police Department; Chief Paul H. Frazier of the Braintree Police Department; Chief Paul MacDonald of the Barnstable Police Department; Sheriff James M. Cummings of Barnstable County; and Sheriff Joseph D. McDonald, Jr. of Plymouth County made the announcement today.
The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys James E. Arnold and David J. D'Addio of Ortiz's Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Task Force. The state defendants will be prosecuted by District Attorney Michael D. O'Keefe's Office.
All of the defendants are presumed to be innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
