HARRISBURG – The United States Attorney’s Office for the
Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Robert T. Donelon, age 56, of
York County, was sentenced on May 3, 2019, by Chief United States District
Court Judge Christopher C. Conner to 96 months’ imprisonment followed by 10
years of supervised release for child exploitation offenses. Chief Judge Conner
also ordered Donelon to pay $1,000 to each of the seven identifiable victims.
According to United States Attorney David J. Freed, Donelon
pled guilty to the receipt and distribution of images of child pornography
between December 2016 and January 2018, in York County.
The case was investigated by the West York Borough Police
Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant United States Attorney James T.
Clancy prosecuted the case.
