Las Cruces, NM - On 11/04/2016 a Parole Violation warrant
was generated for the apprehension of Guy Russell Bell. The 27 year old
fugitive also has a probation warrant and a history of Unlawful Carrying of a
Deadly Weapon, Dangerous Drugs, Battery, Larceny, and Tampering with Evidence.
Bell has various tattoos to include a Benjamin Franklin
skull Tattoo on his right arm, an East Devil tattoo on his right forearm, the
grim reaper and GOON on his right shoulder, female skulls on his right arm, a
girl monster on his left arm, side view of the devil on this left arm and a
faded 505 tattoo on the left side of his neck. Bell also wears black framed
glasses.
