The United States Marshals Service Adds to the New Mexico’s Most Wanted List



Albuquerque, NM - The U.S. Marshals Service is requesting your help in locating the following Federal Fugitive, Kenneth Alcon. Alcon is wanted on felony arrest warrants for the following charges: 3 counts of Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon (knife) and an arrest order for Failure to Comply with Probation on the underlying charge(s) of Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Alcon, a member of the Chicano Pride gang was involved in a gang related fight that occurred in the city limits of Bloomfield, NM. During the fight it is alleged that Alcon stabbed 3 male subjects multiple times in the back and side area, resulting in a collapsed lung for one subject. All three victims were transported and treated at the San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington, NM.

If you see this fugitive, DO NOT attempt to apprehend him. Instead, get a good description, location and call your local police or the United States Marshal’s Service. This fugitive is considered Armed and Dangerous and has prior violent convictions.
