Shaun Segle, 46, of Columbus, Georgia, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on September 19, 2011, for theft or bribery concerning programs receiving federal funds. Segle received two years probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000.00 fine and restitution in the amount of $10,590.00. This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command.
Humberto Morales-Romero, 28, of Mexico, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on September 19, 2011, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Morales-Romero was arrested in Jackson, Wyoming. He received time served plus ten days, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. Antonio Alvarez-Hernandez, 28, of Mexico, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Black-Bonnet received 180 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $1,000.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
Francisco Sosa, 45, of Casper, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on September 16, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute at least 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine. Sosa was arrested in Casper, Wyoming. He received 192 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
