Gentry Carl Labuff Found Guilty in U.S. Federal Court

The United States Attorney’s Office announced that on June 9, 2010, in Great Falls, after a federal district court trial before U.S. District Judge Sam E. Haddon, GENTRY CARL LABUFF, a 31-year-old resident of Browning, was found guilty of robbery. Sentencing is set for September 13, 2010. He is currently detained.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Vince Carroll prosecuted the case for the United States.

LABUFF faces possible penalties of 15 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and three years' supervised release.

The investigation was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Browning.
