The FBI announces the arrest of Julio Cesar Diaz, 59, of Key
West, Florida, for his alleged involvement in the robbery of a Centennial Bank
branch in Key West, Florida, on March 3, 2020.
Diaz was arrested without incident in Key West by the Key
West Police Department and the FBI on Friday March 6, 2020. He is currently in
federal custody.
The court documents detailing his charges may be found in
PACER in due time. Diaz had his initial appearance in Key West federal court
today.
The Key West Police Department and the FBI continue their
investigation.
No further information will be released at this time.
