FORT WAYNE – Byron Curry, 42 years old, of Fort Wayne,
Indiana, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Theresa L. Springmann after
pleading guilty to bank robbery, announced United States Attorney Thomas L.
Kirsch II.
Curry was sentenced to 71 months imprisonment, 1 year
supervised release and ordered to pay restitution in the sum of $1,334.00.
According to documents in the case, on December 3, 2016,
Byron Curry and his two female co- defendants robbed a First Source Bank
located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of
Investigation, the Allen County Sheriff’s Department, and the Fort Wayne Police
Department and prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Lesley J. Miller
Lowery.
