Two Violent Offenders Added to New Mexico’s Most Wanted



Albuquerque, NM - The United States Marshal Service in New Mexico adds two violent offenders to the District of New Mexico’s “New Mexico’s Most Wanted Program.” Leroy Lucero and Ervin Yazzie are both wanted by the United States Marshals Service and United States Probation for violating terms of supervised release.

Lucero was convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Lucero is believed to be in NM and has been on the run since August of 2016.

Yazzie was convicted of assault resulting in serious bodily injury a crime in Indian country. Investigators believe Yazzie is still in NM, specifically the Navajo Nation. Yazzie has been on the run since October of 2016.
