New Mexico’s Most Wanted Fugitive Apprehended

Albuquerque, NM - On February 01, 2017 The U.S. Marshal Service for the District of New Mexico added Paul Anthony Garcia to the New Mexico’s Most Wanted as a Violent Offender.

On 02/02/2017 Paul Anthony Garcia was apprehended at the Wal-Mart McDonalds in Edgewood New Mexico thanks to the watchful eye of an anonymous concerned citizen. Garcia was taken into custody by the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office and the Edgewood Police department and then transferred to the Albuquerque Police Department.

Based on the preliminary review the, U.S. Marshals believe that the information provided by the tipster was credible and led to Garcia’s apprehension. The U.S. Marshals are reviewing the details of the reward money at this time.
