Martinsburg, WV – On June 16, 2016 members of the Marshals
Service’s fugitive task force in the Fort Worth, Texas area arrested Issac
Kennedy,35, formerly of Petersburg, West Virginia, on Big Fork Rd in Fort
Worth, Texas.
On September 15, 2014 Issac Kennedy was charged by the West
Virginia State Police in Petersburg, West Virginia with Sexual Assault by a
Parent or Guardian. When they were unable to locate Kennedy on October 30, 2015
the warrant was referred to the Marshals Service’s Mountain State Fugitive Task
Force for apprehension.

Virginia and was probably living with his family in Texas or Arizona. Leads
were sent to Marshal Service led fugitive units in those areas. Initial
attempts were unsuccessful. In March of 2016 the task force then released
Kennedy’s information to the local media in an attempt to develop leads. In
June of 2016 the public came thru and provided the information needed that lead
