Incident Description: Sunday, June 10, 2012, at approximately 1100hrs, Assistant Chief Suggs had responded to an emergency call.  After returning home, he collapsed at about 2100hrs that evening.  He was taken to the hospital where he passed away on Monday, June 11, 2012, at approximately 0100hrs from an apparent heart attack.  An autopsy is being performed to determine the exact cause of death.
