The FBI and San Diego Police Department are seeking the public's assistance to identify an unknown male believed responsible for robbing two San Diego banks within the last week.
On Wednesday, February 9, 2011 , at approximately , the Union Bank located at 11865 Carmel Mountain Road , San Diego , California , was robbed by an unknown male using a demand note.
On Wednesday, February 16, 2011 , at approximately , the Comerica Bank located at 11608 Carmel Mountain Road , San Diego , California , was robbed by an unknown male using a demand note. It is believed that the man who robbed the Union Bank, 11865 Carmel Mountain Road , San Diego , California , on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 , is the same person who robbed the Comerica Bank on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 .
Witnesses describe the robber as follows:
Sex: Male
Race: Black
Age: Early 20s
Height: Approximately 5'6" tall
Weight: Approximately 125 to 130 lbs.
Build: Thin to medium
Clothing: Dark or blue jeans, dark hooded sweatshirt, grey t-shirt with writing, dark tennis shoes, and dark baseball cap with letter "A."
