Tampa, Florida – U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A.
Kovachevich today sentenced Nicholas Marinkovic (29, Pasco County) to three
years and four months in federal prison for stalking. Marinkovic had pleaded

via numerous interstate telephone calls and hundreds of text messages. In those
communications, Marinkovic repeatedly threatened, for example, to kill one of
the victims and her child.
This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of
Investigation, with assistance from the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office and other
local law enforcement. It was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney
