Martinsburg, WV - On June 28, 2016, the Mountain State

Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office - assisted the Martinsburg Police Department
in arresting 13 known drug dealers in the panhandle area, by mid-day there were
six subjects still at large wanted on various drug distribution charges. One of
those outstanding fugitives was Nicholas Ailshie, 22, of Virginia Ave,
Martinsburg, West Virginia. Ailshie was wanted on two counts of distribution of

learned he was wanted thru social media posts release after the initial arrests
were made. Ailshie made attempts to remain at large but on June 30, 2016 Deputy

him. Nicholas Ailshie was arrested out of a car in the parking lot of Fed Ex

currently in the Eastern Regional Jail on his charges.
“Our fugitive task force greatly enhances state and local
agencies ability to serve their warrants. These arrests protect the community.
When dangerous criminals are locked up that is potentially one less victim,
drug deal or fatal overdose our community has to endure.” Ulrich said.
