U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force Arrests Baltimore Rape Suspect in York


Harrisburg, PA – Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Brian Hall, a 23-year-old man, on charges of second degree rape and other related offenses.

On August 19, deputy U.S. marshals and task force officers from the Middle District of Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force (M/PA) arrested Hall without incident in the 100 block of South Queen Street in York, Pa.

Hall was charged by the Baltimore Police Department on July 1, 2014 with second degree rape, first degree assault, second degree assault and multiple sex related offenses.

The USMS worked jointly in this investigation with personnel from the York City Police Department, York County Sheriff’s Office, Pennsylvania State Police, Baltimore City Police Department, Baltimore County Sheriff’s Office and the USMS Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force.

United States Marshal Pane stated, “Victims of sex offenses should know that the U.S. Marshals Service and its task force partners will not rest until their alleged attackers are brought to justice.”
