On Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at approximately 10:02 a.m., the Bank of America, located at 4319 de la Plaza, San Diego, California, was robbed by an unknown male using a demand note. The robber entered the bank and stood in the teller line for approximately two minutes. Once at the teller counter, the robber presented a demand note for cash and threatened to have a weapon. The robber kept his left hand in his left jacket pocket simulating he had a gun in his pocket. After receiving a sum of money the robber walked out of the bank.
Witnesses describe the robber as follows:

Race: Hispanic Age: Approximately 35 to 40 years old
Height: Approximately 5’8”-5’9”tall
Weight: Approximately 185 lbs.
Build: Medium-heavy
Eyes: Unknown
Complexion: Dark
Hair/Coloring: Unknown
Clothing: Black hat with an unknown symbol on the front, dark sunglasses, black tee shirt with white logo, black zip-up jacket, blue jeans, black tennis shoes with white soles
