mental health courts. The curriculum and the Handbook
for Facilitators were developed with support from the Bureau of
Justice Assistance (BJA) and in partnership with the National Center for State
Courts, National GAINS Center, National Judicial College and Center for Court
Innovation. Visit https://www.bja.gov/ProgramDetails.aspx?Program_ID=68

seek to mobilize communities to implement innovative, collaborative efforts
that bring improvements to the way the needs of adult offenders with mental
