High Point Suspect Arrested in Thomasville, North Carolina by U.S. Marshals



Thomasville, NC – This afternoon at 1:45 PM, Jerrick Michael Duncan, a 24 year old, Black Male, was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force (JFTF). On August 15, 2014, warrants were issued by the High Point Police Department (HPPD) for Duncan for Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, First Degree Burglary, and Possession of a Firearm by Felon. It is alleged that in the early morning hours of August 15th, Duncan broke into an occupied residence in the 1100 block of Albert Avenue in High Point and took various electronics and U.S. currency.

Detectives obtained information that Duncan was residing off of Blair Street and Jordan Street. The JFTF established surveillance in that area and Duncan was arrested without incident at 804 Blair Street.

Update on the Status of Three Individuals Accused of Armed Casino Takeover



Reno, NV – Northern Nevada’s U.S. Marshals led fugitive taskforce is actively seeking the whereabouts of Timothy Tofaute  and David Dixon. The two men are accused of an armed takeover of the Chukchansi Indian Resort and Casino in Coarsegold, California on October 9, 2014. Brian Auchenbach, who was also named on an arrest warrant related to this event, turned himself in to the Madera County Sheriff yesterday, November 20, and was subsequently released on $800,000 bail.

Tofaute, 46, Dixon, 35, and Auchenbach, 38, along with other private security contractors, are facing multiple felony charges including kidnapping, false imprisonment, and assault with a deadly weapon stemming from the events at the casino that day. Tofaute and Dixon remain outstanding and are still being pursued. Both men have extensive military and private security training. Tofaute is a former Navy SEAL. Due to their background and the nature of the charges, they should be considered armed and dangerous. The Madera County Sheriff’s Department is the lead investigative agency for this case.

Alleged Child Abuse Suspect Arrested by U.S. Marshals in Lexington, North Carolina



Lexington, NC – This morning at 10:40 AM, Anthony Christifor Neil, a 24 year old, Black Male, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force (JFTF). Neil was wanted by the Winston Salem Police Department (WSPD) for Felony Child Abuse. According to the warrant, Neil unlawfully, willfully and feloniously did intentionally inflict serious bodily injury to his 18 day old juvenile son which resulted in fractures of the upper and lower right leg, lower left leg and two left rib fractures.

The JFTF developed information that Neil was residing at 202 Rice Street in Lexington. Members of the JFTF conducted surveillance and eventually surrounded the residence. Neil was taken into custody without incident. Neil was transported to the Forsyth County Detention Center is being held under a bond.
