Hochul, Jr., announced today that Mica Donadelle, 43, of Buffalo, NY, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine before U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny. The charge carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison, a maximum of life, and a $10,000,000 fine.
