Criminal Justice Dataset Releases



 The National Archive of Criminal Justice Data archives and disseminates data on crime and justice for secondary analysis. Below are two recent releases:

Evaluating the Crime Control and Cost-Benefit Effectiveness of License Plate Recognition (LPR) Technology in Patrol and Investigations, United States 2014

This National Institute of Justice-funded study, through a national survey and field studies in both patrols and investigations, examined the crime control and cost-effectiveness of the use of license plate readers within police agencies in the United States.

Forensic Markers of Physical Elder Abuse, Los Angeles, California 2014-2017
The data included in this collection were collected under a National Institute of Justice-funded project that sought to document the spectrum and characteristics of injuries observed among physically abused, community-dwelling Adult Protective Services clients.
