Santa Fe - On the evening of January 11th, U.S. Marshals
Service District of New Mexico Most Wanted fugitive Luis Leyba was located and
arrested in the area of Calle Kryshanna street in Santa Fe. Leyba was Wanted
for a Federal Probation Violation stemming from a possession with intent to
distribute heroin conviction. Leyba’s arrest is attributed to the steadfast work
of the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office, Santa Fe Police Department, and the
USMS Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team.
