Las Cruces, NM - Hoyt Lynn Inman (42) is wanted by the NM
Department of Corrections for a Probation Violation for Burglary of a
Residence/Larceny. Due to his violent history, this fugitive should be
considered as dangerous, especially towards law enforcement.
Inman has an extensive violent Criminal History and has
multiple convictions for Possession of Controlled Substance, Paraphernalia, DWI
& DUI. Prior charges include Aggravated Assault upon Peace Officer with a
Deadly Weapon Resulting in Great Bodily Harm or Death, Child Abuse, Battery of
Household Member, Resisting or Evading Arrest, Contempt of Court, Burglary of
Vehicle, Residential Burglary & Aggravated Battery on Peace Officer.
Inman is believed to be living in the Las Cruces/El Paso
area, possibly at a local campsite. If you see Inman, do not approach the
fugitive. Call the United States Marshals Service or your local police with any
information that can help put this fugitive behind bars.
