The FBI Bank Robbery Task Force needs your help in identifying the man who donned a bad woman’s wig while robbing a Houston area bank earlier today. The robbery occurred at the Properity Bank, address 4065 Bellaire Boulevard in Houston, Texas. The man and his tacky disguise were captured in photographs taken by the bank’s security cameras.
At approximately 12:20 p.m., the man entered the bank and approached a teller. He verbally demanded money, then lifted his shirt to reveal a pistol secured in his waistband. The teller provided the man with some cash. He stuffed it in his pockets and fled the bank on foot. No one was physically hurt during the robbery.
The bank robber is described as a white male, mid 30s, 5’7” tall, 175-180 pounds, with a medium build and a medium complexion. He wore a black, long-haired woman’s wig during the robbery. He also wore jeans and a blue jean-colored sweatshirt with a zipper on the top.
