Information obtained by Operation Intercept Fugitive Task Force in Columbia , SC led Deputy U.S. Marshals to the West Palm Beach , FL area. Browder was observed driving a black Mercedes-Benz in the West Executive Drive area of West Palm Beach, FL. Florida Task Force Officers and Deputy U.S. Marshals conducted surveillance on the vehicle upon initiating a traffic stop Browder fled into a wooded area on foot attempting to evade apprehension. An immediate perimeter was established and Browder was later taken into custody by Deputy U.S. Marshals without incident. Browder has been taken to Palm Beach County Jail where he awaits Federal Court Proceedings.
