During an altercation in November 2010 over an outstanding debt, Sullivan allegedly brandished a firearm and shot two individuals multiple times, fatally wounding one man and paralyzing the other from the waist down.
Sullivan, 32, is wanted on a warrant out of Northern California for homicide and attempted homicide following the shooting. He also has a federal warrant out for his arrest for violation of his supervised release stemming from a drug conviction that resulted in a seven-year sentence.
“Sean Michael Sullivan chose deadly violence to resolve a problem, and he will be made to answer for his crimes,” said T. Michael Earp, U.S. Marshals Service Assistant Director of Investigative Operations Division. “Capturing this dangerous criminal is now one of our highest priorities.”
Sullivan is a white male, 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Sullivan should be considered armed and dangerous.
"Sullivan presents a clear and present danger to our community and must be brought to justice," said Donald O’Keefe, U.S. Marshal for Northern California .
A $25,000 reward is being offered for information leading directly to Sullivan’s arrest.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the nearest U.S. Marshals office or the U.S. Marshals Service Communications Center at 1-800-336-0102.
