FBI Offers $10,000 Reward in Cocaine Case

Man Known as “Joker” Wanted by the FBI

The Salt Lake City FBI Division is offering up to a $10,000 reward for information leading to the apprehension of a Noel Romero Herrera. According to an arrest warrant, Herrera also goes by “Joker.” The warrant was issued in September 2010 in the District of Montana. Herrera has been indicted for conspiracy to possess cocaine with the intent to distribute and distribution of cocaine, and aiding and abetting.

Herrera is 28 years old, approximately 5’7” tall, 190 pounds, with tattoos on his neck, head, arms, and other parts of his body. Although he’s wanted in Montana, he’s also been seen in Murray and West Valley City, Utah.

FBI special agents ask the public to phone in tips to the FBI Salt Lake City Field Office at (801) 579-1400. Do not attempt to approach Herrera, as he should be considered armed and dangerous.
