Robbery of Chase Bank in Centennial



The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force (RMSSTF) are investigating a bank robbery that recently occurred.

Chase Bank
8283 South Quebec Street
Centennial, Colorado
September 1, 2012, 11:53 a.m.

The suspect is described as a white, 30 to 35 years of age, approximately 5’8” in height, 150 to 160 pounds, with a medium build.

The suspect entered the bank, presented a demand note, and fled.

Bank robbery is punishable by a 20-year prison sentence for each offense and increases if a dangerous weapon is used in the commission of the crime.

The FBI continues to provide financial institutions with the best practices for security to make them less vulnerable to robberies.
