Enoch Smith, 35, of Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania, was charged today by indictment with production of child
pornography and sex trafficking of children, announced United States Attorney
Zane David Memeger.
If convicted the defendant faces a
maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment, a $500,000 fine, a lifetime of
supervised release, and a $100 special assessment.
The case was investigated by the Federal
Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States
Attorney Michelle L. Morgan.
