Our team has made
essential upgrades to our website and systems. The NIC website connects you to
several valuable information resources and repositories.
The NIC microsites are active. These mini websites are self-contained and focused around a specific correctional topic. For a deeper dive into Evidence Based Decision Making or Justice Involved Veterans, refer to these microsites for a unique user experience.
The NIC Ebook repository is back for lending and holds. Peruse our various collections and find your Ebook or Audiobook today. No need for a library card. Your check-out is authenticated through your nicic.gov account profile. Topics include Incarceration and the Family, Mental Health & Treatment, and Training.
The NIC Learning Center is open for business. The NIC Learning Center provides learning and education to staff of state, local, and federal corrections. The course menu includes a variety of topics related to correctional leadership and operations, addressing educational needs for every correctional professional – from those who work in our nation’s jails and prisons, to those who work in the areas of pretrial and probation services in our local communities. Mobile friendly E-courses are updated and ready for your enrollment.
The Information Center is your connection to NIC materials, the latest research, reference services, and peer organizations. Our librarians and Information Specialists are standing by to help answer your correctional questions. Submit your request via the NIC Helpdesk or email us at support@nicic.gov.
