A Manassas, Virginia man was indicted today on five counts
of producing child pornography of prepubescent minors announced Acting
Assistant Attorney General Kenneth A. Blanco of the Justice Department’s
Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney Dana J. Boente of the Eastern District of
Virginia and Special Agent in Charge Clark E. Settles of U.S. Immigration and
Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations (ICE-HSI).
According to the indictment, Dwayne Stinson, 52, coerced
minors into engaging in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing
pornographic images on at least five separate occasions.
Trial Attorney James E. Burke IV of the Child Exploitation
and Obscenity Section (CEOS) of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and
Assistant U.S. Attorney Whitney Russell of the Eastern District of Virginia are
prosecuting the case.
