Incident Description: Lieutenant Quinn passed away from a cause still to be determined while on duty at the Montgomery County (OH) Regional Dispatch Center.

Funeral Arrangements: A viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 2nd from 3:00pm - 8:00pm at the Tobias Funeral Home located at

5471 Far Hills Avenue

in Kettering.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 3rd at 10:00am at Holy Angels Church located at

1322 Brown Street

in Dayton.
